Clients have the right to receive human care and treatment with respect. They have the right to privacy and confidentiality when receiving care. Clients have a responsibility to ask questions to ensure an understanding of a problem. They also have a responsibility be respectful towards health personnel and other patients and pay bills in a timely manner. Clients
